VICTORIA INCUBATORS AND HATCHERS

Controls

The Victoria PLC control system integrates with any compatible PC, enabling the management of over 30 Victoria incubators and hatcheries.

Recorded data can be transferred and monitored from anywhere via the Internet, using the national or international telephone system.

The Victoria PLC continuously records and archives data, allowing operators to retrieve and print them as graphs to analyse the historical development of the Victoria incubation cycle.

The intuitive and user-friendly programme provides immediate access to essential information for determining production costs: temperature and humidity values, egg rotation cycles, damper opening, heating, ventilation, humidification and cooling run times, as well as graphical visualisation of the incubator via the SCADA machine control and supervision system.

The PLC Victoria system indicates the operational status of the machine and reports any alarms on the display, also transmitting the causes via modem for immediate correction.

The operator panel has a 7.7-inch colour touchscreen display with 640x480 resolution. The introduction of PLC-based automated systems has taken Victoria incubators and hatchers to the highest levels of efficiency, versatility and reliability.

This technology allows for a simple and intuitive operator interface, the storage of up to 100 alarms and accesses, the guarantee of total security of machine data through the use of passwords for personnel, and the possibility of updating the machine's software with the latest solutions offered by the company.

Analogue/digital machine control system

As an alternative to PLC control, the analogue/digital control panel allows accurate control of the incubation data with simple operation and intervention by the operator, thanks to the individual instruments for adjusting the machine functions (voltava, temperature, humidity, etc.).

S.C.A.D.A. Supervision System

Victoria's R&D team has created an innovative supervision system that allows remote control of machines, adopted by our customers in both the poultry and pharmaceutical sectors for vaccine production. This supervision system has been designed in compliance with the regulations of the European Community and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This unique feature ensures maximum machine operational safety and enables immediate remote intervention, ensuring optimal control of incubation parameters.
